Installations
The work shown on this page is a sampling of the installations I have done over the years dating as far back as the mid 1990s. Some of the works are site-specific installations, created for a particular space and no longer exist beyond their documentation. Others are installations as well but are adaptable to multiple venues enabling them for repeated exhibition. Quite a few of them are labeled as being part of an ongoing series that have been and will continue to be expanded upon.
My installation work tends to be conceptual. The objects and materials used are always intentional and have significant meaning which informs the narrative of the concept. These narratives can be personal in nature, laden with symbolism and as such, an artist statement and other descriptive texts are included during the exhibition and subsequent documentation.
