Art Talks Lecture Series......Thursday August 23

Take a verbal walk through Cedar-Sinai with John T. Lange, the medical center’s art curator, where the hallways morph into a museum. The hospital’s world class collection of contemporary art is always on display, but when viewed through Lange’s eyes, the prints and paintings, sculptures and photos assume layers of added meaning. The idea is to give a pleasant distraction: to use art as another form of healing.

Art Talks the lecture series starts at noon, located in the middle of the Festival of Arts grounds. It's a “not to be missed” educationally entertaining talk.
