Cedars-Sinai joins art community leaders in supporting artists and arts workers who were affected by the recent and ongoing fires in Los Angeles
The 2025 Los Angeles fires have destroyed more than 12,000 homes and businesses, including those of artists and other art workers. The devastating loss galvanized the community to support those who have lost so much. Among other initiatives, Cedars-Sinai is proud to host Recover, an art exhibit to benefit the affected art community.
For five days, the Cedars‑Sinai Thalians Health Center will provide a venue for local artists impacted by the fires to showcase and sell their artwork—and 100% of those sales go directly to the artist. Cedars‑Sinai will also have artworks from its collection available for purchase to support the relief funds—and 100% of sales from the Cedars‑Sinai collection will benefit Grief and Hope Los Angeles.

Grief and Hope Los Angeles
A group of volunteers—artists, gallery employees, and other cultural workers—have gathered to raise funds to support artists and art professionals affected by the devastating Los Angeles fires of January 2025. Funds are being made available to those who have lost, or lost use of, their home, studio, workplace, and/or studio-related property as a result of the fires and have a legitimate need for natural disaster relief funds. Make a donation in support of the fund.
